Rickson specializes in Life Insurance and Succession Planning strategies for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and High Net Worth (HNW) entrepreneurs and family businesses.

His company, Successio Global, serves these clients with expert advice wrapped in meticulous and exclusive client servicing to meet their evolving needs as exponential, fast-paced entrepreneurs. As a growth-focused entrepreneur himself, Rickson and his team ‘get’ entrepreneurs. They have designed a service that demolishes the ‘wall’ separating many entrepreneurs from their money managers.

Life-Size Goals Advocate

 

When Rickson isn’t setting and slaying impossible goals at work, he’s chasing a massive fitness challenge, or kicking back for some quality family time and travel.

Today, Rickson is a proud ultra-athlete, triathlete (former Ironman), marathon runner, 2x Finisher of the infamous Marathon des Sables, and someone who has made peak fitness a way of life. He started this journey with a scale-reading of 138 kilos (about 304 pounds), clocking in 60-80 hour caffiene-and-fast-food-fuelled work weeks. 

Life looks different now. In 2023, Rickson travelled for 139 days, 64 of which were purely leisure and family travel, and still achieved 12 times the required commission revenue for MDRTŽ's elite Top of the Table. Since 2023, Rickson and his team have taken on only four new clients or under every year, with each commission cheque hitting 2x to 4x Top of the Table commission numbers.
